Returns & Exchanges

At Assembly Label, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry must have original seals intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
